	June 2003 OAP MEETING - An annual general meeting for Treorchy senior citizens will be held at Oak Tree Hall at 2pm on Thursday 26th June 2003. All welcome. ART EXHIBITION - Ystradyfodwg Art Society hold their 34th Annual Art Exhibition in the Lesser Hall at Park & Dare Theatre, Treorchy from 24th - 28th June where over 200 paintings by local artists are displayed. for further details see their on-line art gallery in our magazine section - look under "local societies" TRANSPORT - A survey is underway in the Upper Rhondda to determine the local need for a Community Transport Scheme for anyone who cannot use buses and taxis and does not have their own car. A total of 120 experienced and first time triathletes pushed themselves to the limit of strength and endurance to complete the gruelling swimming, cycling and road running event. Competitors from across the UK travelled to take part – attracting people of all ages and different abilities.
