Now look here! It's come to my attention that certain pleb Johnnies have been given gongs for selfless duty to the community ( whatever that is). This is simply not good enough. Only those people of quality and standing should be considered for a gong. 

Maintaining a class system based on rank unfairness and greed is a bloody difficult thing to do I can tell you. It's alright for some leftie type to care for some malingerer - usually in a home for the terminally sick - for absolutely no reward over a forty year period. But why should they be awarded any recognition. 

I and my people on the other hand have spent years quaffing champers, shootin', huntin' and fishin', dodging taxes and generally living the life of Riley. 

Our rewards have been many and as you can see from half of my little collection above have been bloody well-recognised for it too. 

Lets hear no more of this commoner recognition stuff I say or the next thing will be a demand for the franchise for all men over fifty. The very thought of it makes me reach for my sabre.
