"Cycle of Life"

A year has passed no trees or grass

Planting time has come at last

Shoots of green push through the earth

Nature’s saying a time for rebirth

Watch the Mountain come to life

Put aside past pain and tears

Look to the future without any fear

Watch and wait and you will see

Life and beauty surround the tree

The sun will shine, the rain will fall

The tree will grow straight and tall

Ferns and foxgloves will dance in the sun

A new cycle of life has begun.

The birds will return to sing in the morn

To rest in the branches from dusk till dawn

To hide from danger, to shelter from rain

To build their nests again, and again

So put your trust in Heaven above

And value these things God gives with love.
