Pentre. They were married in the former Station Road Chapel in Treorchy and made their first marital home in Blaencwm, raising their five children Lorraine, Susan, Anthony, Andrew and Robert, before moving later to Treherbert and
afterwards settling in Cwmparc. * * * Many thanks are sent to Ynyswen couple Ralph and Helen Coles of Rhondda Coach Travel for donating over £500 to the Treherbert Baths fund after a recent mystery coach trip that traveled to Taunton on November 7. London for the NCB and as a qualified Mining Engineer and
Scientist, working in the North East England coalfields before
retiring to Porthcawl. Many
will recall Robert was formerly of Conway Road, Cwmparc, being
the son of Louise and Stedman Jones, who was a blacksmith in the
Dare Colliery.

Tredegar Gardens, Newport. Andrew is the resident
Pastor of the Newport Gateway Church and travels abroad
extensively as the
Asia representative of Action Overseas (the missionary arm of the
Apostolic Church), while Joyce works in NHS
management at the Royal Gwent Hospital. The happy couple have two
sons, Joseph and Nicholas.
