The Hall is situated in Ynyswen Road, Treorchy and known locally as "Coffin Hall". It is maintained by a small voluntary committee and is available for hire at reasonable rates for parties - group activities and social functions. The hall now has a brand new stage, curtains & lights, with kitchen facilities, disabled toilets and access also. NOTICEBOARD.... A yoga class is now planned at the hall - possibly for Wednesday afternoons. Please get in touch if you’d like to attend. In Winter months - September to April - we have indoor bowls with Treherbert Short Green Bowling Club from 6pm every Mon, Tues & Thurs evenings from 23rd Sept onwards. New members are most welcome. If you are interested but haven’t played bowls before, just come along & see if you like it! Children's dance classes (Latin American and Disco Dancing) start at the hall from Fri, 27th Sept. Ages 4 to 7 from 4.30 - 5.15pm and ages 8 to 15 from 5.15 - 6.15pm. Classes are £2.50 per session - run by fully qualified & professional IDTA & UKA dance teachers. Phone 07929 079403. Each week at the hall we have - Sequence & Modern Dancing - Mondays 2 - 4.30pm. Line Dancing - Tuesdays, 2 - 4.30pm. Dog Training - Wed 7 - 9pm, & Fri 7-10pm. Aikido - Saturday 10am - 12pm. Senior Citizens meet at the hall every Thurs afternoon at 2pm. New members are always welcome - male or female. The committee would like to thank everyone for buying the tickets, which help to meet the running costs of the hall.
