I am trying to trace any relations of Emily TANSOM born 1886 in Portsmouth, Hampshire, who married William Austin HILL in 1911.
At the time William was a Collier living in River (Row?) whose father was Austin Ward Hill (shoemaker), and Emily was at Bute Street.
Emily was my great aunt and they had at least 2 children;
- Emily L M HILL who married Melvyn T BLIGHT and had a son Henry S BLIGHT
- Grace I Hill b 1920
- there may have been other children also born to Emily and William Hill.

GREGORY
My names Cath and I'm praying you can help me find any of my descendants living in the Treorchy area.
My grandfather and all his family were born there between 1874 and 1919.
The parents were Albert and Rosina (could have been known as Rose) and their children who are all dead now were:
MARY ANN – ALBERT – LOUISA – JOSEPH (JOE ..he owned a music shop) – MARIA (pronounced as Mariah) - JOHN – GEORGE – ARTHUR – LESLIE (LES)
My grandfather who died in 1984 was Arthur and as I’m researching the family tree would love to know if we have any relatives left in the Rhondda.

HUSBAND
I'm researching the family of William and Charlotte Husband, who lived first at 46 and then 48 Gwendoline Street in Treherbert in the early 1900s. In particular, I'm trying to find information on the descendants of their children who seem to have remained in Wales: sons Thomas, William and Walter and their daughter Mary.
Here is what I know:
Thomas, born about 1872, marries someone named Catherine and they have at least 2 children: William and Charlotte.
Walter, born about 1873, marries Sarah Ann Vaughan and they have at least 3 children, Mary, Walter and William (dies as an infant). Sarah dies in 1903, am not sure if Walter remarries.
William, born about 1875, marries Gwen and they have at least 1 child: William.
I have no information on Mary.
Any assistance or information would be greatly appreciated!

GINGELL
The Gingell family left Wiltshire circa early 1870's. They were resident in Trealaw, Rhondda - a considerable time living in numbers 106 and 91 Miskin Road, Trealaw during the 1880's to 1919 and possibly later. Husband was a coal miner. Husband/Wife died 1919 and 1928 respectively. They had a large family.
Are there any descendants still living in the area?
